Strong Body, Strong Boundaries | In-Person Workshop | PAST WORKSHOP

A soulful, empowering 90 minute in-person workshop for women who are working hard to feel strong, but are still feeling stretched, tired, or stuck in a cycle of saying yes when you really want to say no.

What This Workshop Was All About:

We gathered in the cosy upstairs space at Tone Athletica…the focus? Strong boundaries, from the inside out.

Through reflective journaling, group conversations, and simple but powerful coaching tools, we explored:

✅ Where our energy was leaking—like always picking up the slack, saying yes to avoid guilt, or feeling responsible for how others feel
✅ Why it’s so hard to say no (especially as women), and the cost of constantly abandoning ourselves
✅ How to say no, speak up, and honour our limits—with real-life tools and scripts that feel true, not awkward

Participant Reflections:

“This was a supportive and uplifting workshop … I joined the workshop because I felt like I needed help to set boundaries in every part of my life. By the end of the workshop I felt relieved that I had attended and that I walked away with tools to assist me.”

“Something really special happens when a group of women get together.”

“I felt so welcomed and it was such a positive atmosphere … at the end I left feeling inspired and lucky to have found a safe space. We got to share our thoughts and gained very insightful reflections in as well.”

✨ New language for boundary-setting—without over-explaining or guilt
