  • At this stage, all coaching sessions are held via Zoom.
    This allows us to connect from the comfort of your own space—no travel, no stress—just a private, focused container for you to be fully present and supported.

  • Absolutely. My 1:1 coaching series is designed for the woman who has started to wake up to what’s not working but isn’t yet sure how to live in alignment. You don’t need to be perfect, clear, or “fully healed.” You just need to be willing to show up—with honesty, curiosity, and a desire to lead yourself differently. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

  • Yes! If you’re not quite ready for a full series, I offer a soulful 1:1 Soul-Led Shift Session—a powerful, one-off coaching experience designed to bring clarity and momentum to whatever’s weighing on your heart.

    You might be seeking clarity on:

    • What’s really going on beneath the surface

    • What you truly want (and what’s getting in the way)

    • What your next aligned step should be

    Each Illumination Session includes:

    • An in-depth pre-coaching questionnaire to help you go deep from the start

    • A powerful 90-minute Zoom session

    • Unlimited email support for 2 weeks

    • A 30-minute follow-up session to reflect, recalibrate, and keep the momentum going

    This session is perfect if you’re craving support, but aren’t ready to commit to the full 3-month journey just yet.

  • As part of your coaching series, you’ll receive unlimited Voxer & email support from me throughout our time together. You’re encouraged to reach out anytime—whether you’re celebrating a win, feeling stuck, or just need to be witnessed in what’s coming up.

    On alternate weeks (between sessions), I’ll also send you thoughtful reflection questions to deepen your self-awareness, check in with your progress, and support your next aligned steps.

    Because this journey isn’t just about what happens in the session—it’s about the shifts, insights, and real-life magic that unfold in between.
