At the beginning of the workshop, I felt very excited. I really struggle with putting boundaries in place, and this felt like a great opportunity to learn how to do that without feeling guilty.

There was one moment that really landed for me…when we were asked, ‘What is something you enjoy doing?’ It made me think, and really feel how important that is for me.

By the end of the workshop, I felt empowered. That feeling of guilt was overcome by the strong sense of knowing that I’m doing what is best for me.

I would describe the workshop as pressing pause on the noise of everyday life to really reflect on my needs, limits, and relationships.

It’s not just about saying ‘no’, it’s about understanding myself better and learning how to communicate with more clarity and respect.
